Membership in any of the four Lean Alliances is open to area companies, subject to acceptance by current member companies.

A candidate should have started its Lean journey, be willing to host events and participate in events at other plants, not be a direct competitor of a current member, agree not to disclose proprietary observations outside the consortium and pay an annual membership fee
